"I just recently got into a fender bender with my Dodge Ram 1500 and started looking for auto body shops to fix my truck. Most of the other body shops are 1 to 4 months out on availability to get my truck in. Alan Nickell and Velocity Auto Body was able to get my truck in as soon as all the insurance information was squared away, which ended up being just a couple days from when I first called. I am telling you, they made my truck look amazing, it looked better than before. Honestly it was the best experience I've ever had. They are so willing to please and make everything look exactly they way it was before. If you have any issues they'll get you in immediately and take care of it. They whole crew would give you their shirt off their back and then bend over backwards to take care of your vehicle. "They got my car finished within a week of getting towed in. They got my car seen right away on short notice. They were super fast and I was paying out of pocket so they were super conscious of my money and time. Everyone we talked to was super nice and explained the damages and what I was paying for. I popped a tire and they even took the tire in to where we got the tires since they were under warranty, replaced the tire, paid for it, tacked it in to my bill, remounted the spare, and detailed my car. They really went above and beyond and out of their way to help us. I was worried the damages would be too extensive and I'd have to buy a new car, but this was way more manageable. They gave me an accurate quote, accurate timeline, and consistently kept us updated. They even kept my car in the garage while it was snowing so it would be warm when I went to get it. Can't thank them enough! Don't go anywhere else."
